[Overseers]
Overseers play a vital role in the management of HWC. They are required to be active pastors of respected congregations or highly respected members of the Chrisian community who know and love HWC and its pastors. They are responsible for providing insight and feedback on how better to run the church, and the lead pastor is accountable to them in any cases of pastoral misconduct.

The Bezets pastor New Life Church in Conway, Arkansas, where they have worked to reach the unchurched and de-churched people around them. NLC is now a thriving seven-year ministry reaching across three campuses. Rick is also a member of the ARC Board of Directors.
